(NewsDakota.com)  For the first time in school history, the Carrington Cardinals High School Volleyball team will be in the State Class ‘B’ Tournament.  The Cardinals defeated Lakota/Edmore in the Region 4 Championship game last Thursday night in Devils Lake 3-1 (25-15, 18-25, 25-14, 25-14).  They will be entering the State Tourney with a 29-7 record and the number four seed.  The Cardinals will play Beulah at 8pm tomorrow night at the Minot State Dome.  Pregame can be heard on AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com about 7:40pm. 

There will be a Pep Rally at 8:20am tomorrow morning at the Carrington High School to help send off the team to Minot, everyone is welcome to attend.  The send off will continue as they travel down Main Street (to the west) on their way to the State Tournament.  KDAK will be broadcasting the pep rally live starting at 8:20am tomorrow morning.
