N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Valley Library System board is looking for a new location to build a new library.

After a special meeting session, new sites will be considered after the former Essentia Clinic land purchase was tentatively bought by MetroPlains. MetroPlains would use the property to build apartments and senior living. A public hearing will be held by the Jamestown City Council on January 6th.

Properties that the Board looked at included the former CH Carpenter Lumber Property and the Two Rivers Activity Center was also on the list.
