According to the report, Rolla faced the coldest wind chills. They reported roughly -60 F wind chills. Crosby was close behind with -59 F wind chills.
Jamestown had reports of -50 F wind chills yesterday afternoon. Residents are reminded to be prepared if needing to travel. Have a winter survival kit and a charged up phone in case you get stranded.
