CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City board of commissioners approved of moving their bi-monthly meetings from Monday to the first and third Tuesday of the month.

The first Tuesday night meeting will be held tonight at 5pm in the city commission chambers of City Hall.
