CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)  Western Area Power Association (WAPA) crews completed their repair work on a substation transformer south of Valley City.

City Electrical Supervisor Stan Hansen says the warmer temperatures helped crews complete their work on Monday, January 13. Valley City customers no longer need to cut back on their electrical usage. Hansen thanked all city residents who curbed their electrical usage during this repair work.
