CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The new owners of the city auditorium plan to renovate the inside of the structure and are exploring a number of options to turn the building into an event center.

Owners Brandon & Lindsey Culver of Valley City purchased the building known as the (Audi) for $1,000. The Culver’s say they have a number of ideas on how to utilize the building and will be releasing more information about their plans later this year.

Culver says the outside of the building will not be altered which has the blessing from the state Historical Society of North Dakota.

Brandon & Lindsey Culver designed the inside and outside of Reign Realty in Valley City the former home of Dakota Rose Floral.

The city commission unanimously approved of the sale during their regular meeting on January 7.
