N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department and Police Department were paged out at about 4:50 AM this morning when an electrical alarm went off at the Hampton Inn in Jamestown.
The Jamestown Police Department reports that they received a call for support as well. When they called the front desk at the Hampton Inn, the front desk manager reported that they were trying to usher out the guests in the hotel for their safety. When crews arrived on scene, it was discovered that the water heater blew up.
Authorities and Fire Crews were on the scene for about 15 minutes. No one was hurt.
