CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Dakota Plains Cooperative recently purchased one of the advertising panels on the north side of Lokken Stadium on the Valley City State University campus.

Executive director of advancement at VCSU Larry Robinson says “We are very appreciative for the ongoing support from Dakota Plains Cooperative along with the service Dakota Plains general manager Ken Astrup has been giving as a member of the VCSU Foundation Board.”
