N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The National Weather Service of Bismarck has released information on a possibility for nasty weather in the week.

Northwest winds will pick up to around 30 MPH this afternoon, causing patchy blowing snow. Continuing through the next two days, wind chills are expected to reach 30 to 40 degrees below zero across most of North Dakota.

A series of clippers are also expected to bring light snow this Friday through Monday. The weather is expected to be in Stutsman, Wells, Foster, LaMoure and surrounding counties.
