N.D. – The N.D. Mental Health and Substance Abuse Planning Council meeting set for January 22 and Thursday January 23, in Bismarck has been cancelled due to weather and hazardous driving conditions. The council will meet at its next scheduled meeting on Wed., April 16 and Thurs., April 17.
The council consists of 30 members appointed by the governor who are representatives from state agencies, county social services, public and private providers, and consumers of mental health services, and their families.
