CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Valley City man is facing a felony charge of luring a minor via of an electronic device and a misdemeanor charge of corruption or solicitation of a minor.    

Police say 46-year-old Chris Kinney sent text messages of a sexual nature to a juvenile and wanted to meet up for sexual acts.    

A Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent and police with the cooperation from the juvenile’s parents took possession of the cell phone and continued texting Kinney.    

Kinney was arrested when he showed up at a prearranged meeting place in Valley City. Police say there may be other victims.
