TOTTEN (NewsDakota.com)  The Cardinals played their last District 7 game of the regular season last night against Four Winds/Minnewaukan.  Carrington fell behind early but came back and won 57-52.  Carrington is now 5-1 and 12-4 overall, the Lady Indians drop to 1-4 and 5-10 overall.

Four Winds/Minnewaukan scored four 3-pointers in the first quarter to take 16-10 lead going into the second quarter.  Senior Jacey Engelhorn helped the Cardinals, scoring seven of her 23 total points in the second quarter, to help tie it at 29 going into the halftime break.  Senior Kayla Hochhalter for Carrington had 17 points, 10 in the second half, as the Cardinals would take the lead in the third quarter and win the contest.  Dawn Black had 11 points for the Lady Indians.
