CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A popular event known as the “Rally in the Valley” street dance may once again be on main street between Central avenue and 2nd Street east in Valley City on June 14. A few more details need to be worked out with the city commission before the plan is approved.

And Central avenue and Main street will again be blocked off for the annual “Rally in the Valley” classic car show on June 14.

In other news the city commission approved transferring the alcohol and beer license of former “Ram” bar owner Michelle Brendmoen to co-owners Scott Sandvik and Jerry Jarvis.

Sandvik says their establishment will be called “My Bar.” He says they plan to remodel the inside of the bar and serve frozen pizzas and other snacks to their patrons. The bar opened on Wednesday, February 19.
