N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A month long high visibility enforcement campaign was held by the Southeast Regional DUI Task Force during the month of February.

According to the report released from the Task Force, roughly 63 total arrests were made. 21 arrests resulted in DUI’s, 24 arrests were other alcohol arrests. 8 arrests resulted in drug offences including 1 felony violation and 10 arrests were made for Driving Under Suspension.

Over 126 citations and arrests were made. The Task Force is a program intended to save lives by reducing alcohol-related fatalities and car crashes. Agencies include: : NDHP; Cass, Traill, Steele, Richland, Ransom, and Sargent Sheriff’s Departments; and Fargo, West Fargo, Lisbon, North Dakota State University, and Wahpeton Police Departments.
