CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) After a foot of snow was dumped in Valley City and a strong gusty wind pile snow back high from a spring storm this week the city is working to get it all removed.

City crews have been hard to remove snow since early Tuesday in Valley City and hope to have the job completed by this week.
