N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Hazen man faces several charges in Barnes and Stutsman Counties after he and a 17 year old male allegedly robbed a woman and fled from police on Friday in Jamestown.

37 year old Darrell Boggs is being charged with over 19 charges, with 13 felonies including robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, felon in possession of a firearm and five drug-related charges. Boggs will also be charged with fleeing a police officer. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 PM on May 27th in Barnes County. He is being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on a $250,000 bond.

No details have been released on the 17 year old male. He is being held in the Cass County Youth Correctional Facility.
