N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – JakeStar Festival will be sponsoring free youth ATV safety courses this summer.

Beginning May 10th at 10 A.M., the course will be held at the Community Volunteer EMS center in LaMoure, ND. July 19th, the course will be offered at 1:00 PM at Westside Park in Oakes, ND. The final safety course will be offered on August 16th at 2:30 PM at the LaMoure County Memorial Park.

The third Annual JakeStar Festival is planned for August 15th and 15th at the LaMoure County Memorial Park.
