CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The “Arrive Alive” mock drill was held May 7 on Central Avenue in Valley City.

Valley City Barnes County Fire & Rescue Squad member Scott Magnuson says the goal is to send an important message to our children with the “Arrive Alive” demonstration. He says reminding High School students to make the right decision before the get behind the wheel or a vehicle is the focus behind this mock drill. 

Here are a few highlights from the mock drill held in Valley City as several students volunteered to participate in the exercise.

Members of the Barnes County Valley City Fire and Rescue Squad, Barnes County Ambulance, Valley City police, Barnes County Sheriff’s deputies and school district facilitators participated in the drill.
