N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A former University of Jamestown student has been sentenced to serve 65 days in the Stutsman County Correctional Center for Terrorizing.
19 year-old Robert Flores was sentenced by Southeast District Court Judge Thomas Merrick. All fees and fines were waved and Flores will not be entitled to work release. Originally from South Gate, California, he was found guilty on April 22nd.
Flores was accused of threatening to kill and drink the blood of three University of Jamestown students as part of a satanic ritual. The threats resulted in the University of Jamestown initiating a lock down for about one hour on November 7th, 2013.
