(NewsDakota.com)  The Foster County Fair Board is proud to announce the headliners at this years 81st annual Foster County Fair, running Tuesday, June 24th through Thursday, June 26th.  Tigirlily will kick off the Fair on Tuesday night and Gwen Sebastian will rock it on Friday night, June 27th.  Sebastian will be the only event on Friday, she competed on the second season of NBC’s The Voice.  Both performers are originally from North Dakota and have performed at the fair in the past.
