N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two juveniles were injured after a vehicle accident about five miles southwest of Lisbon on July 12th.

The driver, a 17-year old male from Sheldon, North Dakota was traveling east on a Ransom County road (71st Street) when he lost control of the vehicle, entered the south ditch, went through a fence and overturned in a ravine. His passenger, a 16-year old female, was ejected from the vehicle. Both were transported to Lisbon Area Health Services and the passenger was air-lifted to a Fargo Hospital. The condition of the female has not been released.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
