N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department has released their run reports for September 5th through the 18th.

According to their reports, the department has responded to 203 calls so far for 2014. In 2013, the fire department responded to a total of 259 calls for the year. Below is a full list of each call with the description, time and location of each call for the two weeks.

September 6th, 7:55PM, ready squad responded to 216 6th St NW, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 48 ppm was detected. Occupants were advised to stay somewhere else, until repairs were made. Cause- natural gas appliance. Time out 35 minutes.

September 8th, 10:33AM, ready squad responded to 701 3rd St NW, Ann Carlson Center, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-accidental activation. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 10 minutes.

September 8th, 1:03PM, ready squad responded to 1509 10th St NE, Jamestown High School, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-intentional alarm activation. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 30 minutes.

September 10th, 12:36AM, fire department responded to city waste water plant mile maker 261, to a report of a fire. Fire units were cancelled enroute, no fire. No injuries reported. Time out 10 minutes.

September 13th, 9:12PM, ready squad responded to 117 1st St West, Apartment, to a report of a gas odor. Firefighters checked the area, none was detected. Cause-unknown. Time out 25 minutes.

September 14th, 8:27PM, fire department responded to 2700 8th Ave SW, Motel, to a report of a fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-intentional alarm activation. No injuries reported. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 35 minutes.

September 16th, 5:20PM, ready squad responded to 1201 2nd Ave SW, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 200 ppm was detected. Occupants were advised to stay somewhere else, until repairs were made. Cause- natural gas appliance. Time out 35 minutes.

September 17th, 9:16PM, fire department responded to 921 25th St SW, Walmart Parking Lot, to a report of a vehicle on fire. Fire was out upon arrival of fire units, firefighters investigated. Cause-undetermined. No injuries reported. Time out 30 minutes.

September 17th, 10:42PM, ready squad responded to 321 21st Ave NE, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 0 ppm was detected. Cause-faulty detector. Time out 40 minutes.

September 18th, 8:40AM, ready squad responded to 1810 26th Ave SW, Titan Machinery, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-systems being tested. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 25 minutes.
