CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A new frontage road in Valley City is nearly ready for motorists just east of the John Deere Seeding manufacturing plant.

But before the frontage road is officially opened a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held later this month. Below are a few photos of the frontage road taken by Steve Urness.
