N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation has announced that Jamestown has been selected as one of 15 different sites across the country to hold a TechSavvy event in 2015.

TechSavvy will be held January 5th and is a daylong science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The career conference is designed to attract girls in 6th through 9th grade to the the four fields and to inform families about STEM education and careers. There is also a STEMtastic program for Jamestown 7th & 8th grade boys.

The event will be Monday, January 5th from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the University of Jamestown Campus. More details will come as they become available. Contact the JSDC for more information.
