CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The city of Valley City has a new two-way stop sign at the intersection of 2nd street and 3rd avenue northeast. Police Chief Fred Thompson says the stop sign should cut down on accidents and help the fire department as well.

A few accidents have been reported at that intersection. In 2013, a vehicle rolled and landed on it’s top following a two vehicle collision at that intersection in Valley City.
