CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Charles Richard Russell wanted on a warrant for felony escape for not returning to the Barnes County Correctional Center.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Russell is asked to call the Barnes County Sheriff’s office at 845-8530.
