K. Holzworth, 26, of Jamestown, ND, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Sanford Palliative Care in Fargo, ND.

Simonne Kristeen Holzworth was born on February 10, 1989 in Jamestown, ND, the daughter of Pamela Holzworth.  She graduated from Jamestown High School and completed her Life Skill Training.  Simonne was a member of the work crew at Alpha Opportunities in Jamestown and enjoyed putting together puzzles, bead work and spending time with family and friends.  She also loved bears and was an avid fan of the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers.

Simonne is survived by her parents, Pamela and Justin Blinsky, Jamestown; her sisters, Mercedez Holzworth and Alexis Blinsky; brother, Tyler Blinsky; grandmother, Joan Blinsky; aunts and uncles, and many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edwin H. & Donna Holzworth; paternal grandfather, Duane Blinsky; and uncle, Robert Holzworth.

Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 3, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Pastor Lucinda Lien officiating.

Visitation: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 3, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Interment: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, at a later date.
