CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has announced a public input meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 2nd from 6 to 8 PM at the Barnes County Highway department for improvements to I-94.

The open house format meeting will be used to discuss proposed improvements to I-94 westbound roadway east of Valley City. The project consists of a mill and concrete overlay on the roadway east of Valley City to east of the Oriska Rest Area. Other items include the interchange and rest area improvements and interchange improvements at Exit 307 and Exit 310.

Temporary control techniques will be discussed to determine cost effective strategies. There will be representatives from the NDDOT and Barnes County Highway Department to answer questions. For more information, contact NDDOT at 701-328-4444.
