N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Individuals will have a chance to learn more about James River Family Fitness and the many different classes they offer during a “Free Week” at the center.

According to Executive Director Frank Conlin, this week will allow individuals to learn more about their adult and child classes as well as try out their equipment for absolutely no cost.

Conlin also stated that JRFF has hired a new Learning Center Director and an open house would take place tomorrow for parents to learn more about what they offer and meet her. The learning center also has openings for children ages 3-5.
