N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public regarding a convicted sex offender changing addresses to Stutsman County.

26 year-old Michael Allan Nelson was convicted of Corruption of a Minor in Barnes County in 2009. He has recently moved to 3351 Highway 281 Southeast #16. He has been assigned a high risk level by the assessment committee.

He is not wanted at this time. This notification is meant for public safety. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders will result in prosecution.
