JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Water Education Foundation is hosting the Buffalo City Opportunities and Water Use tour on Wednesday, October 7th in Jamestown.

According to a release, the tour will begin and end at the Stutsman Rural Water District office and participants will visit the Cavendish facility, an area treatment plant, Spiritwood Station and Dakota Spirit AgEnergy Plant.
