N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Prairie Family Business Association will host a Family Business Forum at the University of Mary in Bismarck on October 19.

Participants can learn about best practices in family business and gain insight into the paradoxes that are part of every family business through discussions with top business advisors.

The keynote speaker will be Lise Stewart, the founder of Galliard International, the largest provider of transition services for small businesses in the country.

Stewart is well known for her advocacy and training for small, privately held businesses. She offers practical no-nonsense advice to make her information realistic for participants.
