N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Cooperstown man was seriously injured after he was struck by a pickup in Cooperstown on October 10th around 7:25pm.
51 year-old Neil Fliflet suffered head lacerations and was transport to a Fargo Hospital via Life Flight. His condition has not been released.
Highway Patrol Sgt. Ryan Panasuk said Fliflet was reportedly intoxicated and was walking along Highway 45 on the west side of the road when a pickup driven by 74 year-old Elwood Ellefson struck Fliflet.
