CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Fifteen Hi-Liner Cross Country athletes competed at the State Class A meet at Lincoln Drive Park in Grand Forks on Saturday, October 24th. Hi-Liners competed hard in a field of 170 top Class A runners in the state.
