N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Providing patients with safe medical imagining examinations and radiation therapy is a prime goal for the nation’s radiologic technologies. The Jamestown Regional Medical Center will join the celebration this week.
Originally created in 1979 by the American Society of Radiologic Technologist, the week is celebrated beginning November 8th, the day that German physicist Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen discovered the X-ray in 1895.
JRMC thanks local radiologists Dr. Gary Wade and Dr. Madhu Reddy; their Radiology clerks, Brenda and Kristen; and all of the registered technologists: Nathan, Tania, Ashley, Danielle, Diane, Greg, Nichole, Tanya, Jessica, Heather, and Aimee.
