SD (NSAA) – Buck averaged 19.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists in helping tenth-ranked Jamestown (N.D.) to a perfect 4-0 record for the week.  For the week, she was 28-of-53 from the field (52.8 percent) and made 21 free-throws in 29 attempts (72.4 percent).  Buck had totaled 78 points for the week, moving into 10th-place on the Jimmies’ all-time scoring list.  She also had 18 total rebounds, 11 assists and 8 steals for the week.

Jamestown (N.D.), ranked No. 10 in the second edition of the NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Top 25 national poll, rallied back to defeat NCAA Division III Concordia-Moorhead 65-64 on Dec. 7.  The Jimmies returned home on Dec. 8 for a 90-39 victory over Trinity Bible (N.D.).  UJ completed their Iowa’s trip with a 2-0 record, defeating Ashford (Iowa) 66-49 on Dec. 11 and Clarke (Iowa) 68-46 on Dec. 12.  Jamestown had won nine straight games, raising their overall record to 12-2 (2-0 NSAA conference record)
