N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two adults and a juvenile have been charged with robbing a Jamestown man early Tuesday morning, and then forcing him out of a car without a coat or shoes.

37 year-old Richard Dodge of Jamestown was charged with felonious restraint, terrorizing, and criminal conspiracy. 18 year-old Andria Nagel of Jamestown was charged with accomplice to robbery and criminal conspiracy. Both are in custody of the Stutsman County Correctional Center.

A 16 year-old was charged in the incident as well and is being held in a juvenile facility. The report says the three individuals took the victim into a rural area of Stutsman County and then robbed him at gunpoint.
