N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One of the University of Jamestown’s biggest scholarships were announced late last week.
Brady Carlson from Jamestown, ND, Megan Bidwell of Clearwater, MN, and Tatum Williams of Staples, MN have been awarded Wilson Scholarship to attend the University of Jamestown next fall. The Wilson Scholarship offers two full tuition and two $14,000 annual scholarships for four years and was established in Memory of the late Dr. John L. Wilson and his wife, Palma.
To be eligible for the scholarship, each student must write an essay, participate in two separate interviews, have a minimum of 3.5 GPA, and a 24 composite ACT or a 1090 SAT.
Brady Carlson was awarded a Full Tuition Wilson Scholarship, and is the son of Ryan Carlson and Leah Carlson.
Megan Bidwell was awarded a $14,000 Wilson Scholarship. Megan is the daughter of Randy Bidwell and Terri Larson, and plans to pursue a degree in nursing.
Tatum Williams was awarded a $14,000 Wilson Scholarship. Tatum is the daughter of Dale and Susan Williams, and plans to pursue a degree in biology.
