N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Ransom County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the shooting death of a man in Enderlin that happened early Sunday morning around 2:30am.
Fargo Police report that 28 year-old Paul Allen Miller has been arrested in connection of the fatal shooting in Enderlin. Fargo Deputy Police Chief Joe Anderson describes how Miller turned himself in.
28 year-old Billy Holladay of Enderlin was pronounced dead at the scene when officials arrived. Holladay was walking home after dropping off his nephew when he was shot multiple times.
Ransom County Sheriff Darren Benneweis says he cannot confirm how many shots were fired, but believes it could range anywhere from three to seven times. No motive has been disclosed.
