N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Bail has been set at million for 28 year-old Paul Miller of Enderlin, charged with murder in the shooting death of 28 year-old Billy Holladay.

Ransom County District Judge Jay Schmitz granted the bail Wednesday, February 10th. The shooting occurred at around 2:30 AM Sunday, February 7th when Holladay was dropping off his 2 year-old nephew. When officers arrived, Holladay was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Miller confessed to family members of his involvement in the crime. He was arrested later Sunday in Fargo. Miller has been charged with murder, a Class AA felony, and reckless endangerment, a Class C felony.
