N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The name of the man killed in an early Thursday morning crash has been released.

Sgt. Tom Herzig with the North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that 60 year-old James Anno of Rockledge, Florida was killed after an accident at 12:08 AM on Highway 11, roughly 1 miles east of Ludden.

Anno was not wearing his seatbelt and failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The vehicle entered the ditch and came to rest on its side. Anno was partially ejected and died on the scene.

The crash is still under investigation by the NDHP.
