N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jeremiah Bjerke of Froggiez Painting & More of Jamestown, has been banned from doing business in North Dakota.
Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem issued a Cease & Desist Order today against Bjerke.
Investigators determined that Bjerke, who is not a licensed contractor, took an advance payment of $6,000 to install a steel roof on a house and granary, but did not do any work on the project or issue a refund to the homeowner.
Bjerke ignored the investigator’s efforts to contact him and also ignored a formal demand for information from the Attorney General’s office.
