N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A 28 year-old Jamestown woman has been arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after a fatal collision that killed a motorcycle driver in Bismarck.
According to Bismarck Police, after obtaining a search warrant for the vehicle, a case with paraphernalia was found along with a small bag of meth and glass smoking device. The woman is now in custody awaiting formal charges. Police are unsure if she was under the influence at the time of the crash.
Authorities have not released the name of the 22 year-old motorcyclist that was killed from the crash.
