CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Casselton woman was injured after a Sunday afternoon crash 1 mile East of Tower City.

43 year-old Amy Hartze was traveling westbound on I-94 when she drove into the median. After entering the median, she swerved right across the westbound lanes and entered the North ditch. She then struck the concrete partition at a box culvert. The vehicle rolled and came to rest on its driver side.

Hartze was wearing her seat belt and was pinned inside the vehicle. She was extricated by emergency personnel and transported to a Fargo hospital for non-life threatening injuries. A medical condition is believed to be the cause of the crash.
