N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department has released their run report for September 24th through October 6th.

Jamestown Fire Chief Jim Reuther reports that 226 total calls have come in for the fire department’s service. On Friday, Ruether released the calls for service from September 25th through October 6th. You can find the full report including dates, times and descriptions below.

Call No. 220 September 24th, 5:50PM, ready squad responded to 330 16th Ave NE, Single Family Dwelling, to check for carbon monoxide. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 0 ppm was detected. Cause-faulty detector. Time out 1 hour.

Call No. 221 September 26th, 8:22PM, fire department responded to Hwy 52 North, Mile Marker #258, to a report of a person/s needing extricated from a vehicle. Firefighters extricated (1) person from the vehicle and assisted EMS. No firefighter injuries reported. Time out 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Call No. 222 September 28th, 5:23AM, ready squad responded to 424 1st Ave North, to assist law enforcement with an incident. Time out 30 minutes.

Call No. 223 September 29th, 8:44AM, fire department hazardous materials team responded to 205 6th St SE, Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center, to a report of a natural gas leak. Building was evacuated by county staff and firefighters assisted with locating the leak until Montana Dakota Utilities arrived on scene. Cause-regulator. No injuries were reported. Time out 45 minutes.

Call No. 224 October 4th, 11:50AM, fire department responded to 25th St SW and Hwy 281 South, to a report of a vehicle accident with person/s trapped in vehicle. Firefighters extricated (1) person and assisted EMS. No firefighter inuries. Time out 35 minutes.

Call No. 225 October 5th, 3:51PM, fire department responded to 611 4th St NW, Single Family Dwelling, to a report of smoke in the basement. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-electrical malfunction of a dehumidifier. No injuries reported. Time out 1 hour 25 minutes.

Call No. 226 October 5th, 4:41PM, fire department responded to 200 Block of 3rd St NW, at the request of law enforcement. Ladder truck and firefighters assisted in the removal of a person from the roof of a building. No injuries reported. Time out 20 minutes.
