(NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown has dominated the series against Bismarck High in volleyball having lost just once since 2010. But the Demons were able to get their second victory in the recent series in five sets (25-22, 17-25, 19-25, 25-23, 18-16) on Tuesday night at Jerry Meyer Arena.
Cara Haussler lead the Demons with 20 kills as they rallied back to win the match. The Jays jumped out to a 2-1 lead and were down 16-8 in the fourth before rallying back to tie the set.
In the fifth, Jamestown had one match point but the Demons fought it off and took control. They would have two match points before finally winning it on their third.
The Jays (7-3 in the WDA) take on undefeated Legacy (9-0) on Thursday night in the Capital City.
