City, ND (Newsdakota.com)- Valley City Football will face one of their toughest tests of season Friday when the travel to Beulah to face the 2nd ranked Miners. The Hi-Liners enter the game 5-2 and 3-2 in the west and are looking for a win to stay in the playoff hunt. Beulah is 6-1 and 4-1 in the region. During the championship run last season The Miners were 11-1 with their only loss at Hanna Field 24-21.Coach Scott Roehrich says the game plan will be the same this year

               

 

The Miners are in the difficult stretch of their schedule; they won on the road against Dickinson Trinity last week and will face Watford City to end the year. With games against the region’s top teams head Coach Jim Dooley says the final 2 weeks could the most telling of the season
