N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City Councilwoman Pam Phillips has reported that initial numbers show that the Roughrider Rodeo finals operated at a loss again this year.

Leading up to the event, Civic Center Manager Pam Fosse reported that the event was being held with revenue’s falling in the negatives.

During the council member report portion of the city council meeting Monday, Councilwoman Phillips stated that there was some complaints following the event.

City Attorney Leo Ryan will be accompanying Pam during the discussions with the Roughrider Rodeo Association. Phillips also reported on money brought in this year, stating that the numbers weren’t final yet.
