Wrestler of the Week is Evan Mielke (week of 01/09)

Evan is a Seventh grader for the Hi-Liners and has been wrestling varsity at 120lbs.  Evan had a great tournament at the Valley City Holiday junior varsity tournament held Saturday Dec 17th at the Hi-Liner Activity Center.  Evan advanced to the finals with wins over wrestlers from Mandan and Grand Forks Central before falling in the finals to a wrestler from West Fargo.  Evan is one of the hardest workers on the team and has a bright future as a wrestler.  Evan plays football and is on the trap team for the Hi-Liners.  Evan is also a member of the Valley City “A” Honor Roll.
