N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department has released their latest run report for the days between February 3rd and March 1st.

Jamestown Fire Chief Jim Reuther reports in the call log that roughly 18 calls took place in that time. Calls include carbon monoxide reports in a residence, air quality check at Cavendish Farms, and several fire alarm activation’s. So far, 52 calls have been reported in 2017.

Below is a full rundown of all calls received by the fire department from February 3rd to March 1st:

Call No. 34 February 3rd, 8:16PM, ready squad responded to 2404 Circle Drive, NDSH-Tompkins Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-steam set the fire alarm off. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 35 minutes.

Call No. 38 February 7th, 3:08PM, ready squad responded to 1517 Gardenette Drive, Multi Family Dwelling, to investigate odor smell. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-possible sewer gas. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 39 February 13th, 5:20PM, ready squad responded to 1104 25th St SW, Edgewood Living Center, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt food. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 25 minutes.

Call No. 40 February 13th, 6:06PM, ready squad responded to 319 5th St NE, Lincoln Grade School, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-accidental alarm activation. Fire was reset. Time out 15 minutes.

Call No. 41 February 13th, 7:38PM, ready squad responded to 5855 3rd St SE, Cavendish Farms, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-steam from fryers. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 42 February 14th, 8:13AM, ready squad responded to 1022 8th Ave SE, Single Family Dwelling, at the request of city police to check air quality in the structure. Time out 30 minutes.

Call No. 43 February 17th, 10:34AM, ready squad responded to 501 19th St NE, Ava Maria Village, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-accidental alarm activation. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 44 February 17th, 12:32PM, fire department responded to 615 5th St NE, Single Family Dwelling, to a report of a natural gas leak. Firefighters evacuated the surround area and waited on Montana Dakota Utilities to stop the leak. Cause-ice from the roof broke the pipe off from the gas meter. No injuries reported. Time out 1 hour 10 minutes.

Call No. 46 February 21st, 10:53PM, ready squad responded to 521 16th St NE, Single Family Dwelling, to check for carbon monoxide. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 129 ppm was detected. Occupant was advised to stay elsewhere until repairs were made. Cause-possible hot water heater malfunction. Time out 1 hour 5 minutes.

Call No. 47 February 24th, 6:51AM, ready squad responded to 2605 Circle Drive, NDSH-Lahaug Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-mist from air freshener. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 40 minutes.

Call No. 48 February 27th, 9:22PM, ready squad responded to 1519 Skyline Drive, NE, Single Family Dwelling, to check for carbon monoxide. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 300 ppm was detected. Occupant was advised to stay elsewhere until repairs were made. Cause-broken pipe on the furnace exhaust. Time out 25 minutes.
